Established in 1988 and now a second-generation family business, we proudly supply many of the region’s top national brands and independent retailers. Our philosophy is simple: to create high-quality, design-led furniture and deliver it seamlessly through our state-of-the-art logistics network.

With almost four decades of experience, we’ve built a flexible and dependable logistics network designed to support our trade partners at every stage:

Mixed container programme

We offer a range of mixed container solutions across key product categories, giving retailers flexibility in both buying and lead times:

  • Vietnam bonded warehouse – Our 300,000 sq ft bonded warehouse in Vietnam supports mixed container shipments of our wooden dining, living and bedroom collections. This programme operates with no MoQs and offers approximately 60 days door-to-door delivery, allowing customers to select exactly what they need while benefiting from stocked product availability.
  • Upholstery programmes – Two dedicated mixed container sofa programmes, both offering complete freedom to mix and match both fabric and leather models with no MoQs. Orders are produced within 45 days and delivered in approximately 60 days from production completion.
  • Ceramic & metal programme – A mixed container option covering ceramic and metal furniture, with modest MoQs of 30 tables (per SKU), 35 pairs or 70 units of each chair or barstool per model and fabric, depending if they are shipped in pairs or individually.

UK-wide delivery

Fulfilled from our 88,000 sq ft UK distribution centre, supporting retailers nationwide with reliable stock holding and delivery typically within four weeks.

UK bulk stock offers

Created to support larger in-stock purchases and simplify forward planning:

  • In-stock bulk offer – Orders of £10,000 or more (excluding VAT) on in-stock products receive a 10% discount across the order (excluding items already on offer). Products can be freely mixed and matched across all categories, from upholstery through to cabinet furniture, with UK delivery typically completed within two weeks.
  • Gallery Collection offer – Orders of £2,500 or more (excluding VAT) on in-stock Gallery Collection products receive 10% off the qualifying Gallery items (excluding items already on offer) when placed in a single order.

Seven-day home delivery (DHD)

Available as either a drop-only or white glove service, our Direct Home Delivery option ensures furniture is delivered straight to the end customer with care, professionalism and convenience.


Our dedicated sales and administration teams are committed to providing every customer with responsive, personalised support.

Through the Bentley Designs and Bentley Designs Outlet websites, customers can browse our full collections, check stock availability, and place orders with ease. Trade customers also have access to downloadable brochures, imagery, and supporting resources via the Bentley Designs site.


Sustainability is at the heart of our operations. Our factories undergo regular ethical audits and use only low-risk, certified materials from trusted sources. We work with FSC and PEFC-certified timbers sourced from the EU and the US, ensuring full traceability and chain of custody compliance in line with UK & EU Timber Regulations.
