Collections from Our Warehouse
We offer a collection service from our Bicester warehouse, available Monday to Friday, 6:30am–2:30pm. This option must be selected at checkout, with a collection date chosen within 14 days. Orders take two working days to process and are subject to credit approval. If any items are unavailable, we will notify you.
Standard Delivery
Our standard trade delivery service covers most UK mainland locations using our own fleet. Deliveries typically take 28–42 days, depending on postcode. Estimated lead times are displayed at checkout before you place your order.
Courier – Drop-Only Trade Delivery
A two-person delivery service is available to most UK mainland postcodes. If your area isn’t eligible, the option will not appear at checkout.
Delivery charges depend on your postcode and the item(s) ordered. Additional products in the same basket are charged at a reduced rate. Multiple items will be delivered together, typically within 5–7 working days. Some remote areas may take longer, and delivery timeframes are shown at checkout.
Access must be suitable for a 7.5-tonne vehicle and clear to the room of choice. Items are delivered into the room but not unpacked. The courier will contact you to confirm a delivery date and follow up with a four-hour time window. If no one is available or access is restricted at the time of delivery, a failed delivery fee will apply before rebooking.
Courier – Drop-Only Consumer Delivery
This service is available to most UK mainland locations. A two-person team delivers to the room of choice but does not unpack or assemble the item(s). Orders over 80kg will only be delivered to the ground floor.
The process follows the same charges and lead times as trade deliveries. If access is blocked or no one is present, a failed delivery charge will apply. Please note: this service does not include removal or disposal of old furniture.
Courier – White Glove Consumer Delivery
Our premium delivery and installation service includes delivery to the room of choice, unpacking, assembly (where required), and removal of packaging. Access must be suitable for a 7.5-tonne vehicle and clear to the installation area. Items over 80kg are delivered to the ground floor only.
Delivery timeframes and charges match the drop-only courier service. A failed delivery fee will apply if access is restricted or the customer is not available. This service does not include furniture disposal.
Standard Deliveries
Orders can be cancelled at any time before a delivery booking is confirmed, free of charge. If goods are already loaded onto a vehicle, a 10% restocking fee will apply (minimum £50). Please submit cancellation requests via the order link. We’ll confirm and apply any applicable fees to your account.
Courier Deliveries (Drop-only & White Glove)
Orders can be cancelled any time before a delivery booking is accepted. If the booking has been confirmed and routed, the original delivery charge remains payable. If the item is already en route or is refused at the door, a collection fee equal to the delivery charge will apply. We will confirm any applicable fees once your cancellation request is received.
Returning After Delivery
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return item(s) within 14 days of receipt. You must notify us via the link in your order confirmation.

If returning items yourself, you must request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number before sending them back. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. An RMA number is a reference code that helps us identify and track your return through our system.

Timeframes
Transit damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Bulk Offer items must be reported within 30 days.
